O'Kon & Company offers a full complement of services ranging from aviation feasibility studies, to single source design and construction management services for aviation maintenance facilities, airline terminals, airfield facilities and air freight/cargo facilities. PanAero plans to have O'Kon and Company design and manufacture its launch and recovery apparatus, "LARA." LARA will be capable of launching and recovering the X Van --- as well as being suitable for tether tests, for easy maintenance, and for rotating the X Van between the vertical and horizontal positions for easy crew/passenger access.
